Meet the largest children’s hospital-backed housing effort in the United States.

Too many families struggle to find high-quality homes they can afford or the places where they live need repairs they can’t manage. Healthy Homes was created to fill this gap.

A joint effort of Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Community Development for All People, Healthy Homes is a nonprofit, affordable housing developer serving Columbus’ South Side and Linden communities. We build safe, high-quality homes for ownership or rent at below-market rates so that families have a stable place to live and our communities can thrive.
